Best Ever Malty Apple Crisp

Best served Warm with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
5 - 6 Baking Apples (Such as Granny Smith) Peeled, cored, and chopped small
1/4 c. chopped Pecans
5 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
4 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 c. Soda Fountain® Malted Milk Powder

Mix together and place in a 9" x 13" baking pan.

Topping:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. Old Fashion Oatmeal
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/3 c. Soda Fountain® Malted Milk Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
7 Tablespoons Butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
1/4 c. chopped Pecans

Mix together dry ingrediants. Mix butter in dry ingredients until butter. Stir in Pecans.

How to make
Bake apple crisp for 30 to 35 minutes or until apple is soft when you insert a knife or toothpick.
